गोमतीनगर के रहने वाले अनिमेष वर्मा ने एनबीटी ऑनलाइन से बातचीत करते हुए बताया कि रिजल्ट देखकर बहुत खुशी मिली है। इतना अच्छा रिजल्ट आ जायेगा, ऐसा सोचा भी नहीं था। उन्होंने कहा कि इस रिजल्ट से ना सिर्फ हम, बल्कि पूरा परिवार बहुत खुश है। अनिमेष वर्मा ने बताया कि इस बार उनका सेकेंड अटेंप्ट था। तीन साल पहले में उन्होंने यूपीएससी की प्रीपेरेशन स्टार्BHUBANESWAR: “How I wish, my parents were alive to see me become an IAS officer,” was the first reaction of Animesh Pradhan after the results of Civil Services Examination were announced by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on Tuesday.

“It was my father who had instilled the aim of becoming an IAS in me. But, my mother had really backed me in my efforts. Her last wish was to see my UPSC results but destiny had different plans,” said Animesh, who started preparation for the examination in The same year, his mother was diagnosed with cancer.
