It article was recently featured in Miranda Leitsinger&#;s investigative report for KQED, which presents two new allegations: one from , and the other from The journalist, Bob Frost, stands by every detail. The San Jose Mercury News West Magazine is no more; the PDF has been the only version available. I&#;ve had it transcribed for ease of reading. The importance of the Frost article may increase in relation to the response of IYNAUS to the new allegation. In a letter responding to the KQED article, IYNAUS President David Carpenter suggests that Iyengar&#;s pardon of Manos at the time was an appropriate organizational response. But it fails to cite the findings of the article in his summary of how the community dealt with allegations against Manos at that time.

Manouso Manos is one of the most capable and experienced yoga teachers.
He began his studies with Sri B.K.S. Iyengar in , and served as chairperson of the First International Iyengar Yoga Convention in After numerous trips to Pune, India and nearly five decades of personal practice, his understanding of and insights into Iyengar yoga are conveyed with authenticity and precision.
Methodically in his teachings, Manouso lays a solid foundation and progressively refines each of the asanas. His sense of humor and sensitivity shine through as his dynamic and challenging teaching styles moves his students beyond their perceived limits.
Manouso was given an Advanced Senior Teaching Certification by B.K.S. Iyengar himself - The highest certificate he ever awarded.
