It is a delight to watch comic actress Deon Silvera in Jamaica Fifty 2 Rahtid, the hilarious comedy revue by Aston Cooke now playing at the Pantry Playhouse.
In this production, Silvera successfully takes on multiple roles which leave the audience in stitches.
In Jamaica Fifty 2 Rahtid,Silvera brilliantly takes on characters such as an ageing returning resident, squatter, hooker, and country girl. But it is her recurring role as the ghetto-fabulous 'Ray Ray' which had the audience rolling in the isles.
In one scene, Ray Ray and her accomplice check in at the airport for their first trip abroad, to hilarious effect.
